Store Assistant at our Soho Boutique (part-time)

Start Date: August 2024.

We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our Little Moony family in August 2024. The position is part-time (20–30 hours a week). Experience in retail is a plus. 

The daily responsibilities include, among others:

  • Assisting the Sales Team with daily store operations and upkeeps
  • Welcoming and introducing customers to our store
  • Keeping the store tidy, organized and restocked at all times
  • Pricing and placing new product arrivals in their dedicated areas
  • Monitoring und updating inventory levels and alerting the team if certain items are running low

In this role, you will spend 50% of your time in our Noho Studio, working on back-end support-related projects. The remaining 50% will be at our Nolita store. 

We are looking for someone who who is a fast learner and enjoys working with and helping others. We are seeking someone who is:

  • Trustworthy and responsible
  • Proactive/Takes initiative
  • Punctual/On time
  • Detail-oriented, organized and good with numbers
  • Professional in mannerism and appearance
  • Proficient with computer/iPad/ Point of Sale system
  • A College grad or currently enrolled in college
  • Must speak fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and during the daytime (4 hour min per day)
  • Weekly schedule subject to change. Little Moony reserves the right to modify schedule based on weekly needs and requirements
