Shipping & Returns
Little Moony currently ships within the U.S. only. We use U.S. Postal or UPS for domestic delivery. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us at email@example.com. A standard $8.00 shipping charge will apply to all standard orders. Larger orders will be estimated before shipping. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Any delivery details will be included in the email. We will process your order once we have received your payment.
We currently offer two delivery options:
1. STANDARD SHIPPING - NO SIGNATURE (No Refund/Replacement for theft/loss of shipment)
If you choose this option, USPS or UPS will either hand the package to the recipient if the recipient is present at the shipping address - or - if the recipient is not present, the carrier will leave the item at the premises, either at the front door, on the porch, in the building lobby or any other area at the delivery address. In both cases, the shipping delivery status changes to "Delivered". If the item is getting lost or stolen after it has been "delivered", e.g. "porch theft" or "lobby theft", we unfortunately can not issue a refund or a replacement for the item. By choosing this shipping option, you assume the risk of the shipment. If you prefer a guaranteed delivery without the risk of the item getting lost or stolen, please choose the 'Plus Signature' option.
2. GUARANTEED DELIVERY (Signature confirmation)
If you choose this option, USPS or UPS will require the recipient to acknowledge receipt of the package via signature. If the recipient is present at the delivery address, a signature will instantly be provided. If the recipient is not present, the carrier will either make a second attempt or leave a note stating when and where the package can be retrieved. Either at the local US Post Office, or at the UPS location, where the recipient will provide a signature. In either case, delivery via this option is guaranteed. If the recipient lives in an area with a high rate of porch theft or a building without a door man / monitored mail room, we recommend choosing this option.
Most of our merchandises are in stock and available for delivery within 2-3 days from time of purchase. Made to order items may have a different delivery time consideration and will be indicated accordingly. Please note that weekends and holidays are not calculated in the estimated transit time for your shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
If any of our Little Moony brand merchandise does not meet your expectations or is defective, it may be returned within 30 days from day of order. Returns must be made within 30 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending the merchandise back. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
For all other items, purchase in our Soho store, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from date of purchase, except swimwear, socks and tights. Items can be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit. Original receipt or gift receipt must be presented to qualify for return/exchanges. Store credit is valid for 90 days. All clothing items must be in new or unworn condition with original tags attached. We do not accept items with ripped or damaged tags or packaging.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and custom items.
NOTE: Stylists / ADs / PAs: No returns/exchanges for items purchased for commercial photo shoots or film projects. All those sales are final.
How to Make a Return

Please ensure that your package is insured and shipping charges are prepaid, as we do not accept returns via COD. Store credit will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to 1 week from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited. Items that are part of an exchange will ship as soon as your return is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or refund depending on the nature of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If it is a store credit, a store credit will be reflected in your account. Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Often there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first. Once we approve, please send your item to: Little Moony, 230 Mulberry Street, New York US 10012.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you received a physical gift from our store and would like to exchange it for another item or for store credit, a gift receipt needs to be presented. Exchanges cannot be made without a valid gift receipt. If you opt for store credit, the value of the gift will be issued to you in store credit, which will be valid for 90 days until the store credit expires. If you chose to trade in the gift for another item, and the value of the original item is higher than the replacement item, we can issue the balance as store credit. A balance cannot be redeemed for cash payouts.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is defective). Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
