SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We currently ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE COST OF SHIPPING?
We charge a standard $8 for all standard domestic orders. Larger orders will be estimated before shipping. The shipping charge will be added to your order. From time to time, we will have promotional free shipping
WHAT IS THE GENERAL DELIVERY TIME?
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
Delivery times range of 1-10 business days from receipt of tracking information, depending on your location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order with the tracking number sent via email.
DO YOU CARRY CLOTHING FOR GIRLS AND BOYS?
Yes, we currently carry baby clothes for boys and girls from newborn to 18 months, and for boys and girls from 1.5 years to 6 years. We are working on extending our offerings up to 8 years.
WHY ARE YOUR CLOTHES LABELED ‘HANDMADE’?
Little Moony clothes are uniquely designed and hand made by mother-daughter team (Mama Xit and Thuy) in their homes in Los Angeles and New York. We are not a big corporation nor do we manufacture at big factories or facilities.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHES?
Yes, we do. Our customized pieces have a different delivery schedule. Please contact us for more details at email@example.com.
WHAT DOES YOUR ORGANIC LABEL MEAN?
Our organic clothes mean that the garment (fiber) has been produced in a minimum of 95% organic cotton.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU STOCK NEW ITEMS?
We produce new items all year round, with limited special edition collections throughout. We often feature new products once a week. Sometimes, when inspiration strikes, a few, very special one-of-a-kind items is available at our shop in Manhattan.
DO YOU RE-STOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
We re-stock sold-out items depending on availability of fabrics and materials.
I LOVE THAT STYLE BUT CANNOT FIND THE COLOR OR SIZE I’M LOOKING FOR ON YOUR WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO?
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock. We may be able to make a customized piece for you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY CHILD?
We have a size chart with body measurements. We also provide key points of measurement for each garment to assist you.

WHERE DO I FIND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Each product is provided with a care instructions label. Additionally, care instructions can be found on our website.
WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES PRODUCED?
Little Moony clothes are all sourced in the US. Our garments are handmade in Los Angeles by Mama Xit. We are a small, family owned, family operated company.
WHERE ELSE IS LITTLE MOONY SOLD?
Currently, Little Moony is only sold in our Soho Store in New York and at www.littlemoony.com.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept online card payment with Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover and via PayPal as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO I PAY WITH?
The US Dollar (USD).
DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
Yes, we charge 4% sales tax for purchases delivered to New York.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged immediately when you place your order.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS REGARDING PAYMENT?

IS IT SAFE TO BUY PRODUCTS ON THE LITTLE MOONY WEB PAGE?

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY FOR LITTLE MOONY?
Please see our Shipping and Return page for additional information. If any of our Little Moony merchandise does not meet your expectations or is defective, it may be returned made within 30 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending the merchandise back, no exceptions. For all other items, purchase in our store, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from date of purchase, except for swimwear, socks & tights. All those sales are final. HOW DO I MAKE MY RETURN?
Please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 646.852.8330 to make sure your items are eligible for return or exchange. Unauthorized and unapproved items can not be accepted.

Please ensure that your package is insured and shipping charges are prepaid, as we do not accept returns via COD. Refund will be credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to 1 week from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited. Items that are part of an exchange will ship as soon as your return is received.
IS AN ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER ON LITTLEMOONY.COM?
No, we do not require you to register in order to place an order. However, you will need to provide a valid email address and contact details in the checkout process.

HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER CODE?
If you have a valid voucher or promo code, please provide the code in the checkout process. Simply write the code in the appropriate field at checkout and the adjusted total will be reflected.
