Little Moony is looking for an Operations Assistant (BOH - Back of House) to support Little Moony’ behind-the-scenes operations, including, but not limited to inventory management, store replenishment and online order fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the behind-the-scenes operations that keep Little Moony running smoothly.

The Operations Assistant will spend approximately 75% of their time at our studio and 25% at our store.

Key Responsibilities:

At the Studio:

  • Assist with daily inventory replenishments to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain back-of-house and stockroom organization to uphold operational standards.
  • Manage incoming deliveries, verifying shipment accuracy upon receipt.
  • Support in creating weekly stock management reports.
  • Provide feedback to optimize efficiency in inventory processes.
  • Assist merchandising teams in preparing visual merchandising updates.
  • Assist in fulfillment of online orders and answering customer inquiries

At the Store:

  • Support the Sales Team with daily store operations.
  • Ensure the store remains tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Price and place new product arrivals in designated areas.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels, alerting the team when stock is low.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with climbing, squatting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (minimum 4 hours, maximum 8 hours per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail operations, eCommerce fulfillment and stock handling preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
