We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, omni-channel marketing, digital and social strategy, and consumer insights within the children's fashion and retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support the executive team in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email marketing, and website updates.
- Conduct competitive and consumer trend analysis to identify opportunities in the children's retail market.
- Support brand development efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative marketing strategies and product promotions.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, ensuring accurate documentation and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college undergraduate (Sophomore, or Senior) pursuing a B.A./B.S. degree.
- Demonstrated interest in the fashion/retail industry through coursework, prior internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Superior organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and with a self-starter mentality as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and either PC or Mac computers.
- Ability to work on-site in NYC
- Considering part-time (up to 20 hours a week) and full-time (40 hours a week)

Flexible: May - August
Minimum duration: 6 weeks
Maximum duration: 3 months
